Krieg – Independent Scene

An experimental video-theater diptych, divided into KRIEG – male version and A-C-I-N-S-E-L-A-K – female version; structured into several action segments: soldier-machine, soldier-man, krieg (war), escapism-chariot, death, epitaphs and post-elegiac state of body and soul.
Two characters (two soldiers in agony) in mirrored actions, in an abstract narrative about classic military conflicts filled with heroism, illusion, agony, fear, rage, anger, pain, suffering, damage, shell shock, mutilation of vitality, killed longing and romance, sealed life and death.
Purist and intense acting, without the use of military props.
